We partner with trusted couriers to reach as many locations as possible and ensure your gifts arrive safely and on time. Each delivery is carbon-neutral, so the environmental impact of every parcel is fully offset.
Your hamper is securely packaged in a recyclable outer box, and any temperature-sensitive items like cheese or cream are kept fresh with reusable, recyclable cool packs.

Choose a delivery day that suits you (Monday to Friday). Your order will be delivered within 24 to 72 hours, handled by our trusted courier partners. A pre-2 PM delivery option is also available (Monday to Friday) for faster arrival, delivered .
- Out-of-Area Deliveries: Deliveries to out-of-area postcodes are not yet fully established. If your address falls under this category or you have concerns, please contact our customer service team for assistance.
Deliveries in Warm Weather
During periods of unusually hot weather, we take extra care to ensure your gifts arrive in perfect condition. If your order includes perishable items such as scones, cream, or cheese, delivery may be rescheduled to a later date to maintain freshness and quality.Once temperatures return to normal, we’ll resume regular deliveries and notify you with your updated delivery date
