When will my hamper be delivered?
We aim to deliver all hampers within 1-3 business days for UK addresses. Delivery times may vary depending on location and product availability. You will receive a tracking number via email once your hamper is dispatched.
Can I send my hamper internationally?
Currently, we are unable to offer international delivery. We are reviewing options to bring this back in the future. For now, hampers can only be sent to UK addresses.
What happens if the recipient is not at home when a delivery is attempted?
If the recipient is unavailable, our courier will leave a card with instructions to rearrange delivery or collect from a local depot. Some items may be returned to us if undeliverable.

We can deliver to hospitals, universities, offices, and similar locations. Please provide the complete address and your full details so we can ensure a smooth drop-off either directly to the building or to the nearest post office, depending on the address provided.

How can I get a VAT receipt for my order?
Your order confirmation email is usually sufficient for tax purposes. If you need an official VAT receipt, you can request one after your order has been delivered.

Can I cancel my order?
Orders can only be cancelled before they have been dispatched. Please contact us as soon as possible at defotheoneforme@gmail.com
if you need to cancel your order. Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled.
Can I amend my order after placing it?
We are unable to make changes to an order once it has been placed. If you need to amend your order, please contact us immediately at defotheoneforme@gmail.com
and we will do our best to assist before it is dispatched.
Can I return an item that I have bought?
We accept returns on items that are unused and in their original packaging. Please contact defotheoneforme@gmail.com
for guidance on returning an item and to obtain a returns authorisation. Certain items, such as perishable hampers, may not be eligible for return.
Can I add or change a product in a hamper?
Once an order has been placed, we are unable to add or change items in a hamper. We generally do not offer hamper customization, so please select from our existing products when placing your order
